Perfect for those who have planned everything and would like a professional coordinator on their wedding day to manage & execute their plans. This package starts as early as 6 weeks to minimum 3 weeks prior to the wedding for us to review all the details, coordinate with the vendors and for you to relax the weeks leading up to the wedding knowing a professional is taking care of all the details.
This package Includes:
- One complimentary meeting
- Review of everything planned
- Creation of your Wedding day timeline
- Vendors coordination and communication
- Client communication – Checkups over email/texts
- Direction of one hour wedding rehearsal
- Oversee and execution of all day event including set up for ceremony and reception
- Guests management
- Assistance with wedding photo session following ceremony
- 1-2 assistant throughout the day (according to wedding size)
